The Map:
Sales Audit + Roadmap
You know something in your sales process isn't working. You just can't put your finger on exactly where things are breaking down.

Maybe leads go quiet after a promising conversation. Maybe your business runs on referrals but you have no idea how to grow beyond waiting on them. Maybe you're spending time on sales activities and still have no idea if any of it is actually moving the needle.

The problem isn't effort. It's that nobody has ever given you a clear picture of what's actually happening and what to do about it first.

That's what The Map is for.
What The Map Is
The Map is a comprehensive, one-time Sales Audit and Roadmap. Over four weeks, I dig into your entire sales process from the moment someone discovers you to the moment they say yes or don't. I look at what's working, what's quietly losing you clients, and what's misaligned with how you naturally build trust.

You walk away with a detailed written report and a live interactive debrief call, not a lecture, but a real conversation about what we found and what to do next.
This Is Not a Generic Sales Audit
Most audits tell you what to fix. This one tells you what to fix and how to fix it in a way that actually fits you.

Every recommendation in your roadmap is built around your Trust Style, your natural way of building relationships and earning trust. That means the action plan you receive isn't a generic checklist. It's a prioritized roadmap designed around your personality, your team, and your specific sales journey.

The less resistance you face in implementation, the more naturally clients come to you.

Who Do the Selling
You're excellent at what you deliver. Sales is another story.

You've tried advice that didn't stick, followed processes that felt exhausting, and spent time on activities you weren't sure were actually working. The Map gives you a clear answer on what to fix first, and how to fix it in a way that actually fits you.

What you walk away with:
-
Your Trust Style assessment, revealing which sales activities align with your natural strengths and which ones have been draining you
-
A graded scorecard of your buyer's journey, showing exactly where prospects are slipping away
-
A prioritized roadmap with sequencing and timeframes so you know what to tackle first
-
A live debrief call to walk through everything together

This is right for you if:
-
You're the one doing all the selling in your business
-
You've tried sales advice before and it never quite clicked
-
You're tired of being busy without knowing if you're doing the right things
-
You want clarity before committing to long-term coaching

Investment: $2,000.

Ready to Grow Their Sales Team
You're ready to bring someone on for sales, or you already have, and you want to make sure the investment actually pays off.

Most businesses skip the foundation. They hire a sales rep, hand them a loose description of what they do, and hope for the best. Six to twelve months later it's not working and everyone is frustrated. The Map builds that foundation before it becomes a problem.

What you walk away with:
-
Trust Style assessments for your owner and all sales-facing team members
-
A team dynamics analysis showing how each person's natural style interacts with your ideal clients
-
A graded scorecard of your buyer's journey, identifying where prospects are getting lost
-
Clear role delineation so everyone knows where to focus their energy
-
A prioritized roadmap with sequencing and timeframes
-
A live debrief call to walk through everything together

This is right for you if:
-
You're planning to hire a sales rep and want to set them up to succeed
-
You've already hired someone and results aren't where you expected
-
You need systems and processes in place before handing off sales responsibilities
-
You want to avoid the costly six to twelve month hire-and-fire cycle

A note worth saying plainly: the audit only works when everyone who touches prospects and clients is included. Leaving people out limits what the roadmap can do for your business.

Investment: Starting at $2,500
Covers the owner and up to two sales-facing team members.
Additional team members are $500 each.
Payment plans available.

What the Process Looks Like:
The audit unfolds across four weeks.
Week 1:
Groundwork
What's happens:
-
Complete a questionnaire
-
Review current marketing & sales activities
-
Takes about an hour

Your time: ~1 hour
Come prepared with:
A general sense of how you currently find and convert clients. No need to have it all figured out, that's what this is for.

Who's involved: Business owner only.

On my end: I will review everything you share before week 2, so our time together is spent on insights, not catch-up.
Week 2:
Map your process
What's happens:
-
Live call with full team
-
Talk through your sales journey
start to finish -
Identify what flows and what stalls
-
Includes everyone who touches prospects

Your time: 2 hours

Come prepared with: Anyone on your team who touches prospects or clients. This includes you, any sales staff, and anyone involved in onboarding or follow-up.

Who's involved: Full customer/client-facing team.

On my end: I facilitate the conversation and take detailed notes. You just show up and talk through what you do.
Week 3:
Build the roadmap
What's happens:
-
I review your materials & assess each stage
-
Map your Trust Style against current activities
-
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities
-
Compile your full written report

Your time: Minimal. Occasional clarifying questions via email only.

Come prepared with: Nothing. This week is on me.

Who's involved:
Just me

On my end: This is where the deep work happens. Analysis, Trust Style integration, prioritization, and report writing.
Week 4:
Walk through the findings
What's happens:
-
Live debrief call
-
Interactive, not a one-way presentation
-
Ask questions, push back, get clarity
-
Leave knowing exactly what to do next

Your time: 1 hour
Come prepared with: Come ready to hear what's working and receive a plan for becoming more focused and effective.

Who's involved: Business owner and team members who were part of week two.

On my end: I walk you through the full report, explain the reasoning behind each recommendation, and help you think through how to sequence implementation for your specific situation.
Time commitment summary
Your total time investment as the business owner is approximately 4-5 hours
across four weeks. The process is designed to fit around your business,
not take it over.

Note for larger teams
For businesses with more than two people on the sales-facing team, an additional week is built in to allow for individual Trust Style calls with each team member. That depth is part of why the team pricing reflects the extra work involved.
